Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik di Desa Tanding Marga Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design

Information technology continues to develop rapidly, the presence of the internet has encouraged various areas of life to utilize this technology. The use of the internet, such as in the government sector, encourages the realization of public services through public service information systems. The main objective of the public service information system is to provide effective, efficient and quality services to the community and increase public satisfaction with the services provided. However, to produce a public service information system that is effective and easy to use by government operators and the public, there are obstacles or challenges such as the limited budget available for creating a public service information system which is insufficient to meet all the needs and expectations of the community. If users do not accept or are not involved in the development of an application and its use, such as a public service information system, it may become difficult to use and even not used. Therefore, this research uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method which involves end users, namely the community, from the needs analysis, design to evaluation stages.
