This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling method, so that all 89 members of the population were included as respondents. The results of the study indicate that partially, interest rates do not have a significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.218 (> 0.05). This suggests that members’ decisions to apply for loans are not only influenced by the interest rate level, but also by non-financial factors such as trust and service convenience. Conversely, the loan collateral variable has a positive and significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The ease and flexibility of the collateral system are proven to increase members’ interest in borrowing. In addition, the F-test results show that interest rates and loan collateral together have a significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings emphasize the importance of credit policies that pay attention to the aspects of loan collateral to increase members’ participation in accessing loan services at CU Keling Kumang BO Kelam.

Keywords: Credit Policy, Interest Rate, Loan Collateral, Borrowers' Interest.
2026-03-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hunatechhttps://ejournaltawak.itkk.ac.id/index.php/hunatech/article/view/72PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK KANDANG KOTORAN AYAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN SAWI HIJAU (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis) 2026-03-18T04:47:49+00:00Yovi Susantiyovisusantiyovi1@gmail.comMaylani Luckyyovisusantiyovi@gmail.comKristianus Heri Hartantoyovisusantiyovi@gmail.com
Green mustard (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis) is a horticultural vegetable plant whose leaves and young stems can be utilized. Mustard production still experiences winter, one of which is caused by low soil fertility. Efforts to increase soil fertility and mustard production can be done with organic fertilization. This study aims to determine the effect of chicken manure fertilizer on the growth of green mustard plants on alluvial soil. This study was conducted from February 21 to April 4, 2025 on Jalan Sintang, Gang Damai. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely S = Chicken Manure Fertilizer. The sample treatments are as follows S1: 20 g, S2: 60 g, S3: 100 g, S4: 140 g, S5: 180 g, the treatment was repeated 4 times and each treatment contained 4 plants so that the total sample was 80 plant samples measured. variables included: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, fresh weight, plant weight without roots and root volume. The results showed that the provision of chicken manure fertilizer had a significant effect on all observation variables. The provision of Chicken Manure Fertilizer with a dose of 140 g / plant was better than other treatments, for the growth and yield of green mustard plants.

Keywords : Mustard Greens, Chicken Manure Fertilizer, Alluvial
2026-03-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hunatechhttps://ejournaltawak.itkk.ac.id/index.php/hunatech/article/view/75PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGETAHUAN AGROFORESTRI SAWIT TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI DI KECAMATAN SILAT HILIR 2026-03-18T06:11:57+00:00adin subaraadin.master07@gmail.comStefanus Masiunstefanus_masiun@itkk.ac.idVeronika LidiaVeronikalidia307@gmail.com
This study investigates the effect of oil palm agroforestry training and knowledge on farmers’ welfare in Silat Hilir District. The independent variables are Oil Palm Agroforestry Training (X1) and Oil Palm Agroforestry Knowledge (X2), while the dependent variable (Y) is Farmers’ Welfare. A quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis was employed, and data were processed using SPSS version 27. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, as well as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and correlation coefficient analysis. The research findings indicate a simultaneous influence of training and knowledge on farmers’ welfare by 61.8%. This result demonstrates that Oil Palm Agroforestry Training and Knowledge have a significant effect on Farmers’ Welfare. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing farmers’ capacity through structured training and strengthening knowledge to support sustainable oil palm agroforestry practices and improve farmers’ household welfare.

Keywords: agroforestry, farmers’ welfare, training, knowledge
2026-03-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hunatechhttps://ejournaltawak.itkk.ac.id/index.php/hunatech/article/view/73PENGARUH LAYANAN KOPERASI DIGITAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF STAF CU KELING KUMANG AREA SINTANG SATU DENGAN KEMUDAHAN TRANSAKSI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI 2026-03-18T05:31:22+00:00Opralsen Gurningopralsengurning@gmail.comDarius Damestutelesopralsengurning@gmail.comFitria Elviopralsengurning@gmail.com
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of increasing consumptive behavior of Savings and Loans Cooperative staff at CU Keling Kumang Sintang Satu Area, along with the presence of digitalization services in the form of the Keling Kumang Digital application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital cooperative services on the consumer behavior of staff at CU Keling Kumang Area Sintang I, both directly and through transaction convenience as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative, with regression and path analysis techniques. Data were obtained from 106 respondents through questionnaires. The results show that digital cooperative services have a significant direct effect on consumer behavior (tvalue 3.264 > t-table 1.983; significance 0.01 < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.304. Transaction convenience also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (tvalue 3.769; significance 0.000) with a beta coefficient of 0.348. However, the indirect effect of digital cooperative services on consumer behavior through transaction convenience is not significant (coefficient -0.114; significance 0.659), although full mediation occurs as the direct effect becomes insignificant. Other findings indicate that factors such as financial literacy, lifestyle, and social influence also affect consumer behavior. The conclusion of this study is that cooperative digitalization plays a role in increasing staff consumption, but it must be balanced with financial literacy education to prevent excessive consumption.

Key words: digital cooperative services, transaction convenience, consumer behavior
2026-03-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hunatech
